材料:
白米250克、油浸金枪鱼罐头2罐、沙拉油1汤匙(爆葱用)、胡椒粉1茶匙、糖、味精、盐少许、芹菜少许、高丽菜、萝卜丝少许、葱2条。
做法:
1. 爆葱后加汤、米及萝卜丝,煎至八分热。
2. 将金枪鱼肉块绞细后加入。
3. 加入调味料胡椒粉、盐、糖、味精及高丽菜,至米熟透后起锅,放上芹菜即可食用。
